We are excited to tell you about a brand-new housing project coming to Norwood. It was announced in early September that Living Heritage Homes is planning a huge redevelopment project for four Norwood buildings.
On Tuesday, September 26, Norwood City Council will hold a public hearing for the development project at the corners of Allison Street and Courtland Avenue. The project, recommended for approval by the Norwood Planning Commission, involves converting four existing buildings into condos. Two of the buildings are Allison Avenue Elementary and the other are the former Norwood Baptist Church.
