Norwood Marching Band News

The Norwood Star would like to congratulate the Norwood High School Marching Band on an amazing showing at their competition on Saturday, September 16.  Our Indians traveled to Bishop Fenwick High School to compete in the 12th Annual Falcon Force Band Competition and did extremely well.

The band and color guard, comprised of 35 students, placed 2nd out of seven bands in their class. They beat out Indian Hill, McNicholas, Bellevue, Mason County and Holmes and were topped only by Rising Sun. Our Indians also received 2nd place in the Color Guard Competition and received 1st for Percussion!  Great job, Indians!
